Movpix is designed specifically for daily recording, short video creation, and atmosphere lovers, allowing users to freely upload various types of photos such as portraits and landscapes, and independently customize parameters such as animation rhythm, camera movement effects, light and shadow filters, dynamic range, and video duration. Relying on advanced AI dynamic rendering algorithms, the App intelligently adds natural breathing rhythm, lens push-pull, and light and shadow flow effects to static images, easily creating smooth and fluid dynamic short films. It has a variety of built-in trendy atmosphere templates, with simple and barrier-free operation, allowing users to quickly create films without professional editing capabilities. The App supports high-definition video local saving and one-click sharing on social platforms, turning ordinary photos into high-quality dynamic videos in an instant, easily meeting the needs of daily creation, social media posting, and short video content production. Movpix does not require an account to log in, uses only Movpix's self-developed AI services and never uses any third-party services, and never sends your data to any third-party services. We protect your privacy information and strictly do not collect any facial information, biometric data, or any other form of personally identifiable information . By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not download, install, or use the App.
Movpix is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older . By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and can be held legally responsible for your actions while using the App. We are committed to protecting the safety and well-being of minors, and we do not knowingly allow users under the age of 18 to download, install, or use the App. If we become aware that a user is under 18 years of age, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate their access to the App immediately, without prior notice, and we will not be liable for any consequences arising from such use. You further confirm that you are using the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless you have obtained our prior written permission to use it for commercial purposes.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device, solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the App or its content, and all intellectual property rights in the App remain with us.

We use only Movpix's self-developed AI services and never use any third-party services, and never send your data to any third-party services . This ensures that your use of the App is secure and private, and that no third party can access or interfere with your use of the App or your data.
To ensure a safe, respectful, and positive experience for all users, and to protect the privacy and dignity of others, you agree not to upload, process, create, or share any content that is obscene, sexual, violent, harmful, illegal, or inappropriate when using the App. You also agree not to engage in any conduct that violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users or the App. Specifically, the following content and conduct are strictly prohibited:
We protect your privacy information and strictly do not collect any facial information, biometric data, or any other form of personally identifiable information , so we do not actively monitor or review the content you upload or create. However, if we become aware of prohibited content or conduct through user feedback, technical detection, or other means, we reserve the right to take action against you, including but not limited to removing the prohibited content, restricting your access to the App, terminating your use of the App, or taking any other necessary measures to comply with this Agreement. You shall be solely responsible for any damages, liability, or legal consequences arising from your upload or creation of prohibited content, or your violation of this Section.
Your privacy is our top priority, and we are committed to protecting your privacy and data security in all aspects of your use of the App. Our privacy practices are detailed in the Movpix Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the App, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
We strictly do not collect any facial information, biometric data, or any other form of personally identifiable information , even if you upload photos containing facial features. Our self-developed AI technology is designed to ignore facial details when processing your photos, focusing solely on the image elements necessary to generate dynamic video effects. No facial information is ever scanned, extracted, stored, processed, or used for any purpose.
Movpix uses only its own self-developed AI services and never uses any third-party AI services, third-party data processors, external tools, or any other third-party services related to data processing . All data processing—including photo processing, AI dynamic video generation, parameter customization, and content saving—occurs entirely locally on your device. We never send your data, content, or any information related to your use of the App to any third-party services , ensuring that your data never leaves your device and is never exposed to external risks.
All content you upload, create, or customize using the App is stored exclusively on your device's local storage. We do not collect, store, back up, or transfer this content to any external servers, cloud storage, or third-party services. You have full and exclusive control over your content, and you can delete any content you no longer need directly from the App at any time.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of defects, or that it will meet your specific needs or expectations. We do not warrant the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any dynamic videos or content generated using the App, and you are solely responsible for any use or sharing of such content.
We do not warrant that the App will be secure, free of viruses, malware, or other harmful software, or that your use of the App will not result in any damage to your device or data. You use the App at your own risk, and you are responsible for protecting your device and data from any potential risks associated with using the App.
Despite these disclaimers, we will always uphold our core privacy commitments: we protect your privacy information, strictly do not collect any facial information, use only Movpix's self-developed AI services and never use any third-party services, and never send your data to any third-party services .
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time to reflect changes in our practices, applicable laws, or the App's features. Any modifications to this Agreement will be posted within the App, and the updated Agreement will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after the updated Agreement is posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any updates. Any changes to this Agreement will not reduce our commitment to protecting your privacy; we will always maintain our core commitments: we protect your privacy information, strictly do not collect any facial information, use only Movpix's self-developed AI services and never use any third-party services, and never send your data to any third-party services .
