This Subscription Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Movpix that governs your purchase, access, and use of the App's subscription plans . Movpix is a creative tool focused on one-click generation of AI dynamic videos from static photos, designed specifically for daily recording, short video creation, and atmosphere lovers. Movpix does not require an account to log in, uses only Movpix's self-developed AI services and never uses any third-party services, and never sends your data to any third-party services. We protect your privacy information and strictly do not collect any facial information, biometric data, or any other form of personally identifiable information . By purchasing any Subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as the Movpix User Agreement and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not purchase any Subscription.
Movpix Subscriptions are strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older . By purchasing a Subscription, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and can be held legally responsible for your actions related to the Subscription. We do not knowingly allow users under the age of 18 to purchase or use any Subscription. If we become aware that a user is under 18 years of age, we reserve the right to terminate their Subscription immediately, without prior notice, and provide a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of the Subscription term. You further confirm that you are using the Subscription for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless you have obtained our prior written permission to use it for commercial purposes.
Movpix offers three distinct recurring Subscription Plans, each providing access to the same exclusive premium benefits (no additional benefits are included). All Subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew at the end of each term unless you cancel the Subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current term. The Monthly Subscription is a recurring subscription with a term of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase (the “Subscription Start Date”). Premium benefits are subject to modification, suspension, or discontinuation at Movpix's discretion, with prior notice to subscribed Users. We will always strive to maintain the three core premium benefits outlined above, and any significant changes will be communicated in advance to allow you to make an informed decision about continuing your Subscription. Any changes to premium benefits will not change our core privacy commitments: we protect your privacy information, strictly do not collect any facial information, use only Movpix's self-developed AI services and never use any third-party services, and never send your data to any third-party services .
All Subscription fees are charged in the currency displayed at the time of purchase, and you agree to pay the applicable fee for the Subscription Plan you select. Payment is processed securely through your device's App Store payment processor (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). We do not store any payment details (e.g., credit card numbers) on our servers, and we never send any payment-related data to third-party services. We protect your privacy information in all aspects, including payment information . Your payment information is encrypted and protected in accordance with industry standards to ensure security.
By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize the App Store payment processor to charge the applicable fee to your selected payment method. If your payment method is declined, we will notify you through the App or via the email associated with your device's App Store account, and your Subscription access may be suspended until payment is resolved. You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date payment information to ensure uninterrupted access to your Subscription.
Movpix reserves the right to adjust Subscription fees at any time, with prior notice to subscribed Users. Fee adjustments will not affect the current Subscription term; changes will take effect at the start of the next renewal term. If you do not agree to the new fee, you may cancel your Subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged the new rate.
All Subscription Plans are set to automatically renew at the end of their term unless you cancel the Subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current term. You will receive a reminder notification via the email associated with your device's App Store account (if provided) or through the App at least 7 days before the renewal date, informing you of the upcoming renewal and the applicable fee. The reminder will include instructions on how to cancel your Subscription if you do not wish to renew. All reminder-related data is processed and stored locally on your device, and we never send this data to any third-party services, ensuring your privacy is protected .
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Subscription at any time, without prior notice, if you violate any term of this Agreement or the Movpix User Agreement, or engage in any unauthorized or harmful use of the Subscription Service. Termination may also occur if your payment method is declined and payment issues are not resolved within a reasonable period (typically 7 days from notification).
Termination of this Agreement shall not relieve you of any liability arising from your improper use of the Subscription Service prior to termination. Any content you have saved to the App's gallery or locally on your device will remain on your device after termination, but you will no longer have access to the premium benefits to manage or edit such content. After termination, we will not retain any of your Subscription-related data, and all data remains on your device. We do not collect or send any termination-related data to third-party services .
The Subscription Service and premium benefits are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Subscription Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of defects, or that the premium benefits will meet your expectations. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Subscription Service. You agree that you use the Subscription Service at your own risk. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Despite these disclaimers, we will always uphold our core privacy commitments: we protect your privacy information, strictly do not collect any facial information, use only Movpix's self-developed AI services and never use any third-party services, and never send your data to any third-party services .
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Subscription Service or any Subscription Plan at any time, with prior notice to subscribed Users. Such changes may include adjusting Subscription terms or the number of gift coins, but will always maintain the three core premium benefits outlined in Section 3. If we discontinue a Subscription Plan you are subscribed to, you will be offered the option to switch to another available plan or receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your Subscription term. Any changes to the Subscription Service will not affect our core privacy commitments .
